Job Description:
Role : WebFOCUS reports
The FOCWebFOCUS consultant will be responsible for evaluating and documenting the logic/specification of existing reports, as well as designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and implementing enhancements to new and current Criminal/Recovery Court reports. The incumbent is also responsible for analyzing and defining data mapping requirements working with the business analysts, data architects in establishing the proper data sources. The consultant must have abroad range of skills and technologies of mainframe FOCUS, JCL, WebFOCUS, HTML and technologies used in reporting.
Skills:
• 7 years working with WebFOCUS product and currently working with version 8.2
• Using AppStudio
• Using WebFOCUS lnfoAssist+
• User Interface Design / HTML
• Experience in creating a User Interface with both HTML and Responsive Technology.
• Coding WebFOCUS reports natively anddeveloping reports using App Studio
• Coding DB2, SQL and stored procedures is a plus
• Should have a working knowledge of WebFocus 8.2 reporting needs and requirements
• JCL Procedures, ISPF commands and FOCUS for mainframe
• OOD, UML Design
• JavaScript / CSS
• Business and System Analysis
• Report Development Skills
Responsibilities:
•Analyze user requirements for conversion of mainframe FOCUS reports to WebFocus including appropriate test scenarios.
• Identify and document report defects
• Communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
• Work independently and as a member of a team
