Job Title: Workday HCM QA Tester

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Talent modules.
Proven experience leading testing efforts for large-scale WORKDAY HCM system implementations or migrations.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and reports.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Workday Test Automation tools).
Experience with data validation and reconciliation in system migrations.
