Role: Senior MM/PP Consultant

Location: Houston, TX (3 days Onsite per week)

Duration: 6+ months

• Client needs very senior, enterprise-level, and business-facing (15+ years, SAP thought leader, exceptional communication).
• Candidates should have both SAP MM and PP expertise. Clinet focuses on purchasing, inventory management and production planning (PPPI).
• We also manage large quantities of master data for M&A projects, so data migration experience is also a requirement.
• Furthermore, the candidate must have good communication skills and comfortable working directly with our business partners to gather requirements, design solutions and train our business partners new enhancements

• Serve as the functional lead and trusted advisor for SAP MM and PP/PP-PI, driving end-to-end solutions across purchasing, inventory management, and production planning aligned with business strategy.
• Lead complex M&A-driven master data and transactional data migration initiatives, including data governance, cleansing, mapping, validation, and cutover execution.
• Partner directly with senior business stakeholders to elicit requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate business processes into SAP functional specifications with clarity and precision.
• Drive solution governance by overseeing configuration standards, integration touchpoints, change management, and UAT, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
• Own communication and enablement by leading workshops, executive presentations, and end-user training, ensuring successful adoption of new enhancements and process improvements.
