Overview

Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver IVR and Conversational AI solutions for high-volume customer interactions. The role focuses on NLP, LLMs, and scalable voice/chat AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven IVR and conversational AI systems using Python

• Build NLP models for intent detection, text classification, and clustering

• Analyze large IVR and interaction datasets using SQL

• Develop and deploy LLM workflows (prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation)

• Build agentic AI workflows for multi-step customer interactions

• Establish LLMOps best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Mentor junior and offshore engineers

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI / ML

• Strong Python expertise

• Hands-on experience with NLP (classification, clustering)

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills

• Experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation)

Nice to Have

• Agentic AI / multi-agent orchestration

• LLMOps / MLOps experience

• IVR and speech technologies (ASR, NLU, TTS)

Tools

Python, SQL, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone), MLflow
