Job Overview:
This position is part of the Wealth Management Monitoring Department within the Non-Financial Risk Technology (NFRT) team. The role involves providing business analysis, project management, and data analysis support for building models, eliciting and documenting business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and offering product support. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of business solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and generate business requirements documents, including Agile user stories and proof of concept models.
  • Analyze data sets to identify gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address them.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure products are developed according to specifications.
  • Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
  • Create and manage project plans, escalating delays to program leads as necessary.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and manage project risks.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in global organizations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with working experience in SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in an international team setting.
  • Self-motivated and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in trade lifecycles and asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, Options, and Futures.
  • Understanding of compliance surveillance platforms such as Actimize, MANTAS, SunGard, and SMARTS.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in IT Project Management and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale development projects.
  • Knowledge of trades data, positions data, and reference data.

Pay Range: $80 - $89
