Job Overview: The QA Testing Analyst V will lead testing efforts during application analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. The role also involves contributing to the evolution of the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) and may require training end users. This position demands a high level of expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
Responsibilities: - Lead testing efforts during application analysis and development phases.
- Develop test strategies, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute tests and track/report defects.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Testing Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Train end users as required.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation suites using ACCELQ.
- Lead automation initiatives using ACCELQ across enterprise applications.
- Apply codeless, AI-driven testing workflows native to ACCELQ.
- Utilize project management tools such as HP ALM, Rally, and JIRA.
- Apply test automation methodologies, including ATDD/BDD and Gherkin.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Post-graduate degree desired.
- 15+ years of testing experience, including setting requirements, test protocols, and analyzing results.
- 2+ years of experience leading testing efforts.
- Expertise in Testing Center of Excellence strategy and transformation.
- Proficiency in testing Web, SOA/WS, DW/ETL, and JAVA backend applications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development models.
- Expertise in testing methodologies and processes.
- Strong SQL skills in Oracle.
- Strong Unix and Windows skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Management experience leading multiple projects.

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr.
