Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. You will address highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Additionally, you will provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions and strategically engage with personnel.
Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness.
- Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track.
- Lead team meetings as needed to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications: - 7 years of Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies with 4 years of experience.
- Experience in Business Requirements & Test Strategy (3 years).
- Strong problem-solving skills with 2 years of experience in complex problem-solving.
- Decent technical acumen and a history in technically complex organizations.

Pay Range: $60 - $68/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
