Mode: Hybrid Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management. You will strategize and resolve highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Additionally, you will provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions and strategically engage with personnel.
Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize the product backlog for timely feature delivery.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define test cases, review results, and approve feature readiness.
- Drive a testing-first mindset to maintain quality standards.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to remove blockers and keep sprints on track.
- Lead meetings to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and content teams to refine requirements and support implementation.
- Track progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support release planning and ensure deployment readiness.
- Oversee testing activities, including test plans and defect tracking, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications: - 7 years of Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with personalization/experimentation platforms, preferably Adobe Target.
- Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies.
- Strong business communication skills.
- Experience in Business Requirements & Test Strategy.
- Decent technical acumen and history in technically complex organizations.
