Senior CRM Project Manager-Intapp DealCloud (Hybrid)
Primary Location: Chicago, Illinois

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior CRM Project Manager-Intapp Deal Cloud for our premier client in Chicago, Illinois.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

PMP or similar certification a plus.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree (required).
8 years of experience in CRM management, database systems or marketing technology (professional services environment preferred).
Hands-on experience with Intapp DealCloud (configuration, reporting, workflows and integrations).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, priorities and stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, data functions and manipulation).
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
Experience with data analytics, reporting tools and API integrations.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Design, generate, and automate reports and dashboards to provide actionable business intelligence.
Drive user adoption through training, communications, and responsive support for lawyers, business development and professional staff.
Serve as a day-to-day project lead for the firms CRM system (DealCloud), working closely with digital, BD, marketing and IT teams.
Manage CRM-related projects, including system enhancements, integrations, reporting tools and new functionality.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, coordinating with IT, vendors and stakeholders.
Develop and enforce data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of CRM data.
Oversee large-scale data initiatives, including cleanup projects, dataset uploads and integration efforts.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
Partner with BD, Marketing, and Practice Groups to leverage CRM capabilities in pursuit of client development and firmwide growth initiatives.
Support additional data and technology-related projects as assigned.
