Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead a critical, enterprise-level healthcare migration initiative. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in QA governance for large, complex programs. The ideal candidate will operate independently, drive testing strategy, manage risks proactively, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple dependent teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for large-scale healthcare migration projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.

• Act as the primary QA point of contact for senior leadership, including VPs, CIO, and cross-functional managers.

• Own day-to-day QA operations, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Define, document, and communicate test strategies, plans, and execution approaches.

• Oversee testing lifecycle activities, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with multiple dependent teams to ensure availability of test data, environments, and upstream/downstream readiness.

• Provide regular leadership-level status updates, dashboards, and quality metrics.

• Guide and manage QA teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with significant time in QA leadership/management roles.

• Proven experience leading QA for large, complex healthcare programs, preferably migration or transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and governance models.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead without hands-on testing involvement.

• Experience presenting status, risks, and metrics to executive leadership.

Note: This is a leadership and strategy-focused role; hands-on testing is not required, but strong QA domain knowledge is essential.
