Remote: Yes (Travel to Alabama as needed)

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Network Architect to design and operate high-performance, low-latency data center networks. The role focuses on leaf-spine architectures, lossless Ethernet fabrics, and scalable east-west traffic environments.

Key Skills Required:

Data center network architecture (Leaf-Spine / Clos)
High-speed Ethernet (100G / 200G / 400G)
Lossless Ethernet: RoCE v2, PFC, ECN, DCB
BGP (underlay/overlay), IP routing
Network segmentation (VLANs, VRFs)
Automation & ZTP (Ansible, APIs)
Vendor platforms: Arista / Cisco / Juniper / NVIDIA

Experience:

8+ years in data center or high-performance networking
Strong hands-on design & troubleshooting experience
