Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that support business processes and improve system efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configurations.

• Customize Salesforce applications including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and system enhancements to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

• Maintain documentation for technical designs, development processes, and system configurations.

• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

• Follow Salesforce best practices and stay updated with platform releases and features.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, data model, and deployment tools.

• Experience with integrations and data migration.

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
