Summary

IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, and enterprise endpoint support. Adept at resolving complex technical issues, supporting VIP users, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure including AV systems, printers, and industrial scanners. Responsibilities : Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Manage Azure Active Directory tasks such as user lifecycle, MFA, Conditional Access, and group policies. Handle daily ServiceNow incident, request, and change management activities following ITIL standards. Troubleshoot complex system issues across Windows, macOS, and network-connected devices. Provide basic networking support (IP configuration, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN connectivity, DNS/DHCP issues). Perform printer management, including installation, driver updates, print queue troubleshooting, and maintenance. Support industrial scanners used in manufacturing/warehouse environments. Deliver VIP support with white-glove service and rapid incident resolution. Maintain and troubleshoot AV/meeting room solutions (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, projectors, displays, microphones, cameras). Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Required Skills : Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Azure Active Directory (user management, MFA, Conditional Access, group policies) ServiceNow (incident, request, and change management) Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting) Advanced Troubleshooting Skills across hardware, software, and system-level issues Printer Management (installation, drivers, print queues, enterprise printers) Industrial Scanner Support (configuration, maintenance, connectivity) AV/Video Conferencing Support (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, projectors, cameras, microphones) Windows & macOS Support (OS setup, updates, imaging, endpoint maintenance)
