Lead and manage cross functional technical programs of interrelated projects, creating the program structure and shared alignment with the teams to deliver business and or engineering objectives Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities by breaking down complex challenges into manageable pros and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones across multiple workflows.

Minimum years of experience: 12 to 14 years
