Seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager who can lead complex customer implementations of the Kubernetes Operations Platform, and / or GPU PaaS Platform. This individual will drive customer discovery, solution planning, and onboarding, while ensuring successful execution of end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with deep technical capability in Kubernetes, Cloud, and Container technologies.
This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and direct engagement with enterprise customers to define scope, influence solutioning, manage expectations, and deliver successful outcomes.

• Strong project management expertise with proven skills in planning, execution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership.
• Technical depth in Kubernetes, GPU's, and Container orchestration, including familiarity with tools across the K8s ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (compute, storage, networking) across one or more major cloud providers.
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones for customer onboarding and platform implementation.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to define/refine scope, gather requirements, and align solution architecture with customer goals.
• Facilitate estimation of project cost, effort, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage and govern project scope, including documentation and approval of changes.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery of technical work products.
• Conduct regular status meetings, track dependencies, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to meet onboarding, migration, and platform adoption requirements.
• Identify, recruit, and coordinate internal/external technical resources, including Kubernetes, GPU, and cloud specialists.
• Own and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business and technical alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, providing clear communication, expectation management, and strategic guidance.
• Lead delivery projects related to Kubernetes modernization, GPU and AI/ML workloads, cloud migration, hybrid/multi-cloud implementations, and related platform integrations.
• Maintain strong familiarity with supporting tools including Observability, DevSecOps, CI/CD, GitOps, and FinOps frameworks.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 4+ years of project or program management across multiple technologies and functional areas.
• Expertise with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, AWS Solutions Architect Associate (or equivalent), CKA/CKAD, or other Kubernetes/cloud certifications.
