Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll module.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on payroll configuration, reporting, and integrations with financial systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align payroll systems with organizational objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements for payroll operations and related HCM applications.
- Analyze and document payroll workflows, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in planning, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of payroll systems.
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll solutions that meet project scope and departmental standards.
- Engage in team and project meetings, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and develop expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and related technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful payroll operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
