Role: Senior product owner/analyst
Location Hybrid role 3-4 days to office New York (LOCALS ONLY)
Experience: 10+ Years
Lead a cross functional squad to translate business outcomes into an executable, prioritized backlog, optimize flow (Kanban), and drive incremental value delivery.
Job responsibilities:
Own and curate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
Coordinate delivery across internal/external dependencies.
Partner with stakeholders to maintain roadmap/backlog.
Champion quality, controls, and documentation.
Top skills:
8 12+ years in product ownership/analysis.
Strong Agile and/or Kanban product delivery.
Scrum Master capability; certifications a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and product discovery.
Ability to navigate risk/compliance in financial services.
Experience in credit ratings / fixed income / risk domains.
Exposure to analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred: CSM/PSM/SAFe, Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced, Tableau Desktop.
Work arrangement & compliance:
Hybrid/onsite as per team location and role.
Adherence to client s security, privacy, and change management standards.

Backlog clarity (definition of ready/done)
Sprint predictability and flow metrics
UAT sign offs and stakeholder satisfaction
