Description
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead/Manager to join a growing team in Roseville, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee critical IT operations, focusing on security, systems management, and network technologies. Responsibilities:
Design and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and networking systems.
Administer VMware virtualization platforms, including Horizon View deployments, ESXi clusters, storage configurations, and host management.
Oversee endpoint security tools such as Crowdstrike, ThreatLocker, and Abnormal AI while conducting vulnerability assessments and responding to incidents.
Lead major IT projects, including custom software development, application maintenance, and integration of homegrown solutions.
Coordinate network expansions for multiple office locations, including hardware setup and vendor collaboration.
Provide advanced support for helpdesk issues, including participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Develop and maintain documentation, including runbooks, escalation procedures, and security policies.
Evaluate and onboard third-party vendors for managed services and backup solutions.
Mentor less experienced IT staff and contribute to long-term strategic planning and technology initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related field.
Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid cloud environments.
Proficiency in VMware technologies, including ESXi, Horizon View, and vCenter.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools and vulnerability management.
Experience with Cisco technologies, enterprise storage, and backup solutions.
Familiarity with server administration, configuration management, and virtualization.
Ability to manage complex projects, including software development and system integrations.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to mentor and lead IT teams.
