Background
Seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst with experience in leading and facilitating testing activities for large-scale ERP implementations.
The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, and hands-on experience managing End to End and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. You work closely with functional/technical leads, Project Managers and the PMO.
Extensive experience using Jira as a test management and defect tracking tool during ERP implementation project
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in leading or supporting testing for ERP implementation.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion
Duties/Responsibilities
• Work with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to define entry/exit criteria.
• Confirm test environment readiness (system configuration, integrations, security roles)
• Collaborate with functional leads to understand business processes and test scenarios
• Develop or oversee creation of test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Assign and monitor test cases to team members.
• Work closely with integration leads to validate end-to-end business process flows.
• Ensure timely defect resolution and retesting before cycle closure.
• Provide daily and weekly test status reports to project management and stakeholders.
• Track test execution metrics (coverage, pass/fail rates, open defects, retests).
• Escalate risks and blockers to the Project Manager / PMO promptly
