About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ab Initio Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions. In this role, you will architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines, leveraging Ab Initio and modern data engineering practices to support enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data applications and pipelines using Ab Initio.
• Implement robust ETL processes for large-scale batch data processing.
• Optimize performance for high-volume data workflows and micro-batch processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data security, compliance, and auditing standards.

Minimum Qualification

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in:
  • Ab Initio Co>Op System, GDE
  • Unix systems and scripting
  • GitHub
  • Oracle databases
  • Messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ)
• Familiarity with Autosys job scheduling.
• Experience with:
  • Handling large data volumes for batch processing
  • Performance tuning for batch workflows
  • Creating asynchronous micro-batches and non-linear batch processes

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
