Summary

Owns endtoend delivery of software initiatives
Oversee design & development stages, ensure quality software within given deadlines
Provides technical guidance and resolves engineering blockers
Manages timelines, prioritization, and execution
Ensures architecture, development practices, and standards are followed
Problem Solving and Unblocking
Leads crossteam coordination. Cross-functional Alignment
Connecting various pieces together to drive delivery
Bridges gaps between business, engineering, and platform teams - coordination between teams - bsa's, developers, platform team, sre etc
Should have good hands on development experience in MERN Stack around 5-6 years, and would be able to resolve/assist technical issue, if required can get into coding.
