Job Description:
· Develop partnerships with key stake holders in HR to understand the strategic direction| business process| and business needs
· Prepare solution document for business requirements
· Create technical solutions to meet business requirements
· Help HR business users adopt best practices
· Develop training content to users
· Define user information requirements in Oracle E-Business Suite
· Implement plans to test business and functional processes
· Manage Test Scripts that support Oracle R12 financial applications
· Lead technical acceptance testing (Unit| SIT| and QAT) of patches and upgrades
Deliver training content to users
· Manage overall Functional aspects of EBS Finance modules
· Develop and support FAH| I-Expenses rules Develop and support Business Process Standard Process Manage Approval Rules and Security Understand custom built applications and extend functional support
· Help QA team during Integration testing
· Attend daily and weekly meetings with Onshore and other stakeholders
· Extend Functional support during Month end and Year close of ledgers sub-ledgers
· Knowledge of specific regional regulatory requirements.
