Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Friedman Frontier ERP Onsite Support Consultant to provide reliable, highquality application support for our manufacturing and supplychain operations. The role will serve as a key onsite point of contact, ensuring smooth daytoday operations, rapid issue resolution, and strong collaboration with both business users and global IT teams.

Experience & Functional Expertise

• 5+ years of overall IT experience, with strong specialization in ERP systems
• Proven handson experience with the Friedman Frontier ERP platform
• Solid understanding of manufacturing (MFG), supply chain, and order management processes
• Experience supporting ERP applications on IBM i / AS400 environments

Technical Capabilities

• Strong working knowledge of:
• IBM i / AS400
• RPG and COBOL
• DB2 and SQL

• Exposure to mainframe technologies (DB2, COBOL) is a plus
• Ability to analyze application behavior, identify root causes, and recommend effective fixes

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite support contact for Friedman ERPrelated issues
• Provide timely resolution for incidents, service requests, and production issues, minimizing business impact
• Partner closely with business users to understand operational needs and deliver effective solutions
• Coordinate with offshore and global support teams to ensure seamless 24x7 support coverage
• Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and service quality expectations
