Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA revenue recognition initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on experience with SAP RAR, SD integration, and accounting standards such as IFRS and ASC. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and support complex revenue accounting solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Consultant
Strong experience integrating SAP RAR with SAP SD
Ability to clearly articulate business requirements and recommend leading practices
Strong working knowledge of revenue accounting standards:
o IFRS 15, IFRS 16
o ASC 606, ASC 842
Experience with SD-based Revenue Recognition
Hands-on experience with:
o RAR Classic
o Classic Contract Management (CCM)
o Optimized Contract Management (OCM)

Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end Revenue Accounting solutions in SAP S/4HANA
Solution and support integration with Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
Lead ECC to S/4HANA Revenue Recognition OCM conversions
Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) including:
o Process flows
o WRICEF (Functional Specifications)
o Process and system controls
Work closely with ABAP and technical teams during build and testing phases
Support revenue accounting for standalone and bundled sales offers, including:
o Products (one-time, recurring, usage-based)
o Services / Intellectual Property (warranty, repair, access, training, royalties)
o Software (On-Pre
o m, SaaS, prepaid/postpaid, credit-based models)
