Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
• Develop technical documentation and user guides
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Rapid development using:
• UI Builder
• Service Portal
• Creator Studio
• App Engine Studio
• Enforce ServiceNow best practices for configuration, customization, and security
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Proven experience implementing/customizing:
• CSM
• FSM
• SOM
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow domain separation & security
• Solid software engineering background with expertise in:
• Client-callable & server-side scripting
• JavaScript (Rhino), AngularJS, jQuery, Node.js
• HTML/CSS, Apache Jelly, Groovy
• Experience building Service Portal widgets and complex workflows
• Strong experience with low-code/no-code tools (Creator Studio, App Engine Studio)
• Proficiency with REST APIs, integrations, and data structures
• Hands-on experience with:
• Integration Hub
• ServiceNow CIS (FSM & CSM)
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) – mandatory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setup
