Responsibilities:
As part of the agency s data visualization systems team, contractor will perform analysis, design, code, testing, documentation, implementation, modification, and upgrade of agency computer systems supporting health services. to include integration and monitoring of supporting backend system processes and solutions, documentation, and remediating and solving customer issues. focus on supporting the public health infrastructure initiatives.
This position will support agency-wide PowerBI initiatives by mentoring junior developers and developing advanced data visualization products. For example, the advanced programmer will begin working immediately to develop an intangible asset tracking dashboard for a group of program area directors. Developer should be prepared to create a data model for this project and to develop a collection of KPIs and charts that will allow for more accurate fiscal-year calculations and expenditure rollups, ensuring better-informed executive decisions, more accurate reporting, and greater capacity for consistent and regular auditing capacity. The contractor will create a monthly snapshot of the architecture with workflow diagrams, backend schemas, and any other operational dashboard enhancements as requested by agency leadership including but not limited to technical documentation, definitions, and data dictionary updates.
