Job Description: OCM Execution Specialist (Organizational Change Management)
Location : Los Angeles, CA - HYBRID
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Overview:The OCM Execution Specialist will support the client’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for the Oracle transformation program. This role works closely with the OCM Lead to deliver communications, coordinate training schedules, and support overall change readiness.

The OCM Execution Specialist will support the client’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for the Oracle transformation program. This role works closely with the OCM Lead to deliver communications, coordinate training schedules, and support overall change readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage training schedules in alignment with the OCM plan.
• Support execution of the OCM strategy, including communications, awareness, and engagement activities.
• Customize the client developed OCM and communication materials for client-specific needs.
• Prepare and distribute communications to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain and update client's project web or intranet pages with relevant information.
• Track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of OCM tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, activities, and documentation to support change adoption.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting OCM activities on large ERP or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to follow direction and execute tasks independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce professional quality materials and work with cross functional teams.
• Presentable, detail oriented, and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
