Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Program Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives within a creative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive impactful projects.

<>Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations within the design studio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Coordinate and execute studio meetings, events, and communication initiatives to foster collaboration.
Manage budget oversight, including tracking and reporting on financial metrics.
Collaborate with various teams to drive key projects and initiatives that support studio culture and community.
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project management.

<>Skills

Minimum of 6 years of experience in design program management or related fields.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.

<>Preferred Skills

Experience with design operations or creative teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma and other design software.
Background in event planning and execution at scale.
Experience working with executive leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.
