Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Product Owner to drive product vision, translate business needs into high-quality user stories, and lead Agile delivery with cross-functional scrum teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• SAFe Agile (or equivalent) certification

• 8+ years of Salesforce product ownership/product definition experience

• Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with tools like JIRA and Agile Craft

• Expertise in user story writing, feature/EPIC decomposition, and backlog management

• Experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and managing Agile metrics

• Strong requirements management (business, functional, technical)

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills

• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/Lean SDLC

• Telecom domain experience is a plus
