Title: CX Marketing Specialist
Location: Eagan, MN 55121 (Hybrid, 2-3 days)
Duration: contract role
Your Responsibilities
• Project Management & Trafficking
o Coordinate the intake, routing, and delivery of marketing materials (print, digital, email, etc.) between creative teams, legal, and internal stakeholders.
o Track and record project milestones, deadlines, and approvals to ensure timely execution of updates.
o Distribute and socialize market-ready materials through designated channels
• Stakeholder Coordination & Reviews
o Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding material needs, content requirements, and branding guidelines.
o Collaborate with legal team to address required disclosures, disclaimers, and standardized language.
o Schedule and facilitate meetings to review content and status.
• Quality Assurance
o Implement feedback from CX strategists, brand partners, and legal reviewers.
o Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before final distribution.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience with a service industry. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
- 2+ years in a customer-experience-related action planning role or related marketing or communications role
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, work creatively, and perform tasks in solving problems in time-critical situations
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, PageProof).
- Understanding of health insurance business
