About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated
Network Tester to join our field engineering and wireless network validation team. In this role, you will test mobile devices and network features across live
4G/5G environments, execute drive tests, analyze network logs, and ensure high-quality device performance and user experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, validate features, and provide insights for network optimization.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in:
- Field network testing
- Mobile QA
- Telecom engineering
- Familiarity with 4G/5G fundamentals.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as QXDM, QCAT, TEMS, Nemo, or similar.
- Basic understanding of LTE/NR architecture (RAN, Core, IMS).
- Ability to analyze KPIs such as RSRP, SINR, CQI, throughput, and call processing logs.
- Coding experience in Python or SQL.
- Ability to communicate in Korean (not required, but a plus).
- Experience conducting drive tests and working in live network environments.
ResponsibilitiesField & Lab Testing- Execute field and mobility test cases for development, maintenance releases (MR), and new feature validation.
- Conduct field and lab testing for devices and network features across 4G, 5G NR, VoLTE, and mobility scenarios.
- Prepare devices for testing, including software setup and tool configuration.
Network & Performance Analysis- Capture, analyze, and troubleshoot issues observed in field sites, customer labs, and live networks.
- Perform drive tests to measure coverage, throughput, latency, call stability, and mobility KPIs.
- Review and recommend improvements to RAN performance based on trend analysis.
Documentation & Reporting- Document test results and prepare clear, standardized reports.
- Log defects in tracking systems (e.g., PLM) and follow through on resolution.
- Provide daily summaries of field test progress and findings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with development, QA, operators/carrier partners, and field engineers to resolve issues.
- Support pre-sales or technical evaluations with insights from field performance.
- Create and refine test cases, processes, and documentation.
Safety & Compliance- Follow all safety procedures while operating vehicles and test equipment.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and local field operation guidelines.
