Applications Development Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Ocoee, FL that is seeking an Application Development Analyst. This role is onsite, 5 days/week.

Overview:
In this role, you will design, develop, and support business solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot 365). You will lead modernization of legacy SharePoint environments, automate workflows, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Applications Development Analyst will develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
* Lead SharePoint migration and modernization projects
* Integrate Copilot 365 for productivity and automation
* Gather requirements, design technical solutions, and document architecture
* As an Applications Development Analyst, you will mentor junior developers; Enforce governance and compliance
* Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues; Manage lifecycle of apps/sites
* Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap; Provide end-user training

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's in CS/IS or equivalent experience
* 5+ years in Microsoft 365 development
* Experience leading SharePoint migration and modernization projects
* Experience mentoring or leading junior developers
* Strong experience with Power Platform tools
* Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Expert in SharePoint Online development & administration
* Familiarity with Copilot 365, PowerShell, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph
* Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
* Understanding of business process automation, data modeling, and UI/UX design
* Skilled in business process automation and UI/UX design
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Customer-focused and collaborative mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
* Must carry a smartphone for agency apps (Outlook, Teams, ServiceNow)

Preferred:
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
* Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate
* Prior mentoring/leadership experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
