Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to work out of Plano, Texas.

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• AI Agent Development: Proven track record of building AI agents with at least some production or production deployment experience

Technical Skills: 

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Microsoft AI Studio or Azure AI services experience
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, supply chain, or industrial IoT (strong plus but not required)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML systems
• Publications, blog posts, or presentations on AI agent systems

Technical Environment 

• Advanced AI/ML frameworks and agent development 
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure preferred)
• Modern MLOps and deployment pipelines
• Integration with IoT devices
