Are you a seasoned CNC Programmer ready to take your career to the next level? Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Senior Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the engineering industry, we pride ourselves on leveraging the latest technology to develop innovative solutions for our clients. The CNC Senior Programmer will play a critical role in our operations, leading the design and execution of complex machining projects. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
As a CNC Senior Programmer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are crucial to our operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and optimizing CNC programs for lathes and mills using CAD/CAM software.
2. Working closely with the production team to ensure the smooth operation of machining processes.
3. Collaborating with the engineering team to design and develop fixtures and tooling for new projects.
4. Providing technical support and training to junior programmers and machinists.
5. Ensuring all machining processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC programming and machining.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in CNC programming and machining technology.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the CNC Senior Programmer position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the engineering industry.
2. Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes and mills.
3. Extensive knowledge of machining processes and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
4. The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
8. A degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field is preferred.
