Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
- Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow platform integrations, Discovery and CMDB
- Design, develop, implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, IntegrationHub and middleware technologies
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
- Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.
- Analyze existing processes and integrations, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements
- Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement
- Engage in on call support as needed
- Maintain adequate process, operational documentation and reporting
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: -
- Key skills; 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
- 4 years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations
- ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP
- ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
