Core Banking Systems Administrator

Remote ok, need to visit office from time to time in Iowa but not regularly

are seeking an Applications Administrator to support and maintain our core banking systems, including the Fiserv Precision platform and related modules.
In this role, you will troubleshoot system issues, assist with integrations, coordinate upgrades, manage application configurations, and ensure smooth operation across all business units.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring and supporting the Fiserv Precision core application

Managing integrations with ancillary Fiserv modules

Assisting with Business Analytics and Data Warehouse implementations

Coordinating and testing upgrades, changes, and new services

Troubleshooting issues with IT and vendors

Creating system documentation and test plans

Managing user and service accounts

Ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

Providing user training and supporting process automation

Ideal candidates have experience with core banking systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across IT and business teams.
