Senior Product Manager - Omni-Channel Marketing Campaigns (NYC)
Location: Hybrid NYC, 3 days/week in office

They're looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in omni-channel campaign platforms-specifically
Adobe Campaign (v8) and
Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role is hybrid (3 days/week in NYC), offered as a
6-month contract with the
potential to convert to full-time. You'll own the roadmap and execution for customer and prospect communications, partnering closely with marketing, engineering, and analytics teams.
Requirements: - Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) - must-haves.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing communications (email, SMS, push).
- Experience managing campaign systems, workflows, and channel integrations.
- Ability to work across marketing, product, and technical teams.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in campaign or martech environments.
Responsibilities: - Lead the product roadmap for omni-channel campaigns, focusing on Adobe Campaign and AJO.
- Prioritize and manage the communications backlog: campaign enhancements, integrations, and platform optimizations.
- Translate marketing needs into clear product requirements and technical specs.
- Support quarterly planning cycles and ongoing campaign execution across key channels.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and optimize communication performance based on campaign analytics and feedback.
Pay is flexible, between $70 and $85/hour depending on experience. You'll join a fast-moving team with real ownership of key marketing tech initiatives. If you're looking for a high-impact contract role with conversion potential, this is a strong opportunity.
