Job Title: Salesforce Consultant with Agentforce

Job Location: New York City, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

The Salesforce Consultant will support enterprise business operations by translating business needs into technical deliverables, coordinating releases, and ensuring operational stability.
This role works closely with stakeholders, development teams, and QA to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting production operations and change management activities.

Requirement/Must Have:

5+ years of experience in technology or business analysis roles.
Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows and configurations.
Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Experience supporting production systems and incident triage.

Experience:

Technology and business analysis.
Salesforce solution support and delivery.
Release planning and change management.
Production support and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Elicit and document business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Partner with Salesforce developers and QA teams to drive solution delivery and testing readiness.
Monitor production environments, triage incidents, and coordinate root cause analysis and fixes.
Maintain documentation including standard operating procedures and configuration artifacts.
Support release planning, change management, and stakeholder communications.

Should Have:

Experience within insurance or financial services environments.
Familiarity with compliance-driven business processes.

Qualification and Education:

Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
