About the Role

We are seeking two seasoned Enterprise Architects to join the Architecture group. Following recent organizational changes, the team is being restructured under new leadership. These roles will play a critical part in defining technical direction, ensuring architectural consistency, and driving best practices across projects.

Responsibilities

Identify business and project requirements; formulate strategies for technical direction using TIBCO Technologies.

Lead estimation, design approaches, coverage analysis, and propose alternate solutions leveraging design patterns.

Make architectural decisions, recommend best practices, and evaluate alternate approaches.

Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) and define overall software architecture.

Design systems based on requirements and established architectural standards.

Select system architecture and define high-level components.

Establish unified architectural and development standards across the company.

Oversee architecture during subsequent system releases.

Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies related to architecture.

Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.

Strong expertise in TIBCO technologies and the .NET stack.

Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise systems.

Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, standards, and architectural frameworks.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
