Provide day-to-day analytical, PMO, and subject-matter support across all RHTP and ToRCH Care workstreams
Support development and maintenance of integrated project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (policy, operational, financial, and performance) to support decision-making
Prepare executive-level briefings, dashboards, reports, and presentation materials
Support CMS reporting, documentation, and audit readiness activities
Provide targeted subject-matter expertise on Medicaid operations, APMs, provider transformation, digital health, or workforce initiatives as needed
Support onsite and virtual meetings, including documentation of decisions, actions, and follow-ups
Required Skill Set:
Program management & PMO support
Data analysis & reporting
Healthcare policy and Medicaid program knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
Ability to rapidly learn and support multiple workstreams
Required Experience:
4 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting, public-sector program delivery, or Medicaid-related initiatives
Prior experience supporting state or large public health programs preferred
Experience working in PMO, analytics, or operational support roles
Familiarity with CMS, Medicaid, or rural healthcare environments strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
