Role: Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days a week from office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL, and the ability to independently analyze datasets, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot data quality issues. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and translating data findings into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and errors in structured datasets.

·         Independently investigate and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.

·         Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

·         Use Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation (e.g., pandas, NumPy).

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.

·         Document findings, assumptions, and remediation steps clearly.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience

·         Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis.

·         Strong hands-on experience with SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries).

·         Proven ability to independently analyze data and identify errors/issues.

·         Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·         Experience working with large or complex datasets.

Good to Have:

·         Exposure to data validation frameworks or data quality tools.

·         Experience in a fast-paced or client-facing environment.
