QA SDET – Automation Engineer

We are seeking a QA SDET – Automation Engineer to support automation testing for a NextGen PBM platform. The primary focus will be on API automation, with additional responsibilities in UI automation, CI/CD integration, and test data creation using C#-based automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated API test suites using C#.

• Perform backend validation using SQL.

• Build and execute UI automation tests using Selenium or Cypress.

• Integrate automation tests into GitHub/Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Create and manage test data utilities using C# and SQL.

• Collaborate with developers and QA teams in an Agile environment.

Skill Expectations (Approximate Focus)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C# and OOP concepts.

• Hands-on experience in API automation testing.

• Experience with Selenium or Cypress for UI automation.

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.

• Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Familiarity with xUnit/NUnit.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in PBM, healthcare, or insurance domains.

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
