Job Description/ Responsibilities
Must have excellent communication skills and executive presence.
The ServiceNow IT Asset (HAM/SAM) Product Manager oversees the end-to-end process of the IT Asset Management and Inventory functions across software asset licenses, hardware and software service agreements and warranties. They are also responsible for the standardization of tracking, data quality, policy compliance through the asset s life cycle from acquisition to retirement. Presents monthly status to the CIO on plan and progress.
This role will report directly to the ServiceNow platform owner and work directly with each of the other product leaders to develop foundational policies, procedures, and advise on an upcoming RFP to third parties to implement ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
The client went live with ServiceNow ITSM 11 months ago, transitioned from Cherwell.
The client is currently running the Yokohama release and looking to implement ITAM in Q1 of 2026
