We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Java Developer to spearhead our internal team's efforts in enhancing and restructuring our data mart solution. This role offers an exceptional chance to engage with advanced Java frameworks, cutting-edge technologies, and intricate systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the enhancement and restructuring of the data mart solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions using Jakarta EE and GlassFish
- Design, build, and maintain APIs to ensure seamless system integration
- Develop UI components utilizing Faces 4.1 and PrimeFaces 15
- Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize performance, and resolve functionality issues across systems
- Oversee database configuration and optimization within Oracle DB ExaCC
- Coordinate implementation activities in a NetBeans development environment
- Maintain accurate and current documentation to support team knowledge sharing
- Remain updated on emerging Java technologies, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Java development experience in extensive projects
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in relevant capacities
- Proficiency in Jakarta EE and GlassFish for guiding refactoring projects
- Expertise in Faces 4.1, PrimeFaces 15, and Java APIs
- Background in Oracle DB ExaCC, ensuring effective database configuration and optimization
- Familiarity with enterprise-level development within a NetBeans framework
- Competency in resolving complex system issues and optimizing performance
- Understanding of software development processes in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English at a B2+ level
