Job Title: IT Project Manager Utilities / SAP (EGI) Job ID: 26-00165 Location: Oakland, CA Hybrid (PST hours) Duration: 12 months on W2 contract

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong utilities and SAP Work & Asset Management experience, preferably within the Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI) program. The role involves managing medium to large IT projects end-to-end and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

IT Project Management (5+ years)
Utilities domain (Electric Distribution, Transmission, Substation)
EGI Program experience (Required)
SAP Work & Asset Management
SAP Field Service Management (Nice to have)
Power Generation assets (Nice to have)
Agile, Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
Systems: SAP, CC&B, GIS, Customer Web Portal, Documentum
Tools: MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, basic SQL

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, delivery)
Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams
Support testing, QA, and solution implementation

Education:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Master s degree preferred.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00-$77.00 per hour.
