Role: BIOVIA ELN Developer
Location: Remote
W2 Contract position
Rate: $60/HR on W2
Role Overview:
Experienced BIOVIA ELN Developer to design, configure, and implement Electronic Laboratory Notebook solutions for scientific R&D environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with BIOVIA ELN and related integrations, ensuring compliance, scalability, and seamless collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize BIOVIA ELN workflows, templates, and protocols to meet business requirements.
• Integrate ELN with other systems such as LIMS, PLM, ERP, and scientific instruments.
• Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, and connectors for data exchange.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELN configuration and performance.
• Collaborate with scientists, IT, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with BIOVIA ELN configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of scientific workflows and R&D processes in pharma/biotech or chemicals.
• Experience with system integration (LIMS, ERP, instruments) and API development.
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and web technologies.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (GxP, Part 11).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other BIOVIA products (Pipeline Pilot, LIMS).
• Relevant certifications in BIOVIA or ELN technologies.
• Exposure to cloud-based deployments and security best practices
