eCommerce Consultant

We are seeking a high-level Principal eCommerce Consultant with over 14 years of experience to drive the strategic discovery and functional design of digital commerce solutions. You will act as a bridge between executive stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that eCommerce technology investments align with long-term business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workshops and Discovery Sessions to capture complex business requirements.
• Develop Detailed Functional Specifications and comprehensive Process Documentation.
• Provide expert consulting on eCommerce Best Practices, emerging trends, and technology stacks.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and UI/UX Designers to ensure solution integrity.
• Present Solution Proposals and Digital Roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical staff.
• Evaluate and select eCommerce Features (Catalog Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Checkout).
• Optimize Customer Experience (CX) and operational workflows to improve conversion rates.

Essential Skills:

• 14+ years of experience in Digital Commerce Consulting or Business Analysis.
• Expertise in End-to-End eCommerce Business Processes.
• Proficiency in Functional Documentation and Business Process Modeling.
• Strong Analytical Abilities to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Superior Communication and Presentation skills for stakeholder influence.
• Deep understanding of Catalog Management, Pricing Engines, and Checkout Workflows.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Agile Project Management frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with multiple Enterprise eCommerce Platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Agile (CSM).
