Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid - onsite presence required)

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects focused on remediating on-market products to global State of the Art standards. This role applies project management best practices to drive quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex deliverables, and navigate regulated environments while ensuring business objectives are met.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead small-to-medium-scale projects with direct impact on business plans and product performance
• Establish and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including globally distributed resources
• Drive sustainment and remediation initiatives to ensure products meet global State of the Art standards
• Collaborate with functional leaders, project managers, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute deliverables in alignment with established processes
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing:
• Resource allocation
• Schedule and milestone tracking
• Change control processes
• Testing, documentation, and training
• On-time, on-budget delivery
• Assign tasks, roles, and accountability to meet project and product objectives
• Achieve quality, time-to-market, and cost targets for assigned projects
• Manage labor, expenses, and capital expenditures within approved budgets
• Monitor project status and commitments, applying appropriate change management techniques
• Develop and maintain RACI charts, project metrics, and status reporting
• Manage vendor partners and provide clear project updates to senior leadership

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional project management experience
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, cross-functional project teams
• Strong project management skills, including:
• Scheduling and planning
• Resource allocation
• Risk management
• Budget and financial oversight
• Partner and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Applied knowledge of EU MDR and other international medical device regulations
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
