Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and execute technology-related projects with efficiency and precision. The ideal candidate will take ownership of project lifecycles while fostering improved processes and frameworks within a dynamic environment. This position requires a proactive approach to managing timelines, risks, and collaboration among teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead IT projects of varying sizes from initial planning through successful delivery.
Develop and implement project management templates, processes, and documentation to enhance consistency.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely progress.
Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals and maintain momentum.
Provide detailed status updates and escalate issues or risks when necessary.
Promote accountability and transparency across active projects by improving visibility.
Collaborate on refining project management practices to support organizational growth.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and drive success.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience managing IT or technology-focused projects with attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Capability to thrive in environments with evolving structures or limited frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and principles.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to enhance or establish project management processes.
