Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented OTC Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Order To Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all phases of order processing, invoicing, collections, and cash application. As the OTC Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle billing process and will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. This position requires strong leadership skills as you will mentor and train a team of OTC specialists while also collaborating with other departments such as sales, finance, and customer service. You will analyze operations and identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices within the department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of OTC processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end Order To Cash (OTC) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
· Supervise and mentor the OTC team, providing guidance and support.
· Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and finance, to resolve issues.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the OTC process.
· Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the OTC team.
· Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the OTC function.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Order To Cash or accounts receivable management.
· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
· Proficient in ERP systems and financial software, with advanced Excel skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
